WHAT WE DO

White Byte is passionate about cyber integrity and digital inclusion.

We promote this through grassroot programmes, and

partnerships with like-minded organisations.

Elderly Inclusion

LESS, NOT STRESS

Digital Interventions and Literacy for Adults

Paperless, cashless, contactless - buzzwords from innovations to arrest the pandemic spread. However, the rapid conversion to digital convenience and evolving technology has left some of us stressed and challenged.

White Byte bridges the digital divide with several programmes catering to different audience:

1) PROTECS (Programme for Technology & Cyber Safety): A fundamental digital and cyber safety awareness class for less savvy digital users.

2) DEWTM (Digital Empowerment for Women): Catering to women seeking to learn how to navigate the basic tools in order to remain relevant in the digital economy.

3) Digipendence: Practical steps to help you support your elderly loved ones in their immersion into a digitalised world.

All programmes equip you with useful knowledge on prevention safeguards that could reduce cybercrime risks for you at home and at the workplace.

Kids Cyber Integrity

EARTHLINGS vs AVATARS

Cyber Parenting in the digital age

Each time our children log onto the web, they are exposed to another world with its own set of threats and risks. Similar to teaching our children safety traffic rules, it is equally essential to equip them with cyber safety precautions.

  • Behind the Tik, Tech and Tok: a workshop that keep parents, educators and youth workers up to date on online threats and emerging AI risks. Besides giving greater awareness of the implications and consequences of social media actions and interactions, it also equips them with practical methods on building and encouraging healthier cyber consumption relationships and habits.

  • Cyber Momster: a small-group workshop catering to concerned moms of their families' digital well-being. This workshop touches on the emotional and more sensitive aspects of mother-child relationship in dealing with online harm and threats, and provide steps to bridge the divide.

Reach out to find out how you can empower your children and inculcate the importance of cyber hygiene and social media etiquette.

Staff Cyber Awareness

SAFETY BYTES

Cybersecurity Awareness and Compliance

It is often said that an organisation is as strong as its weakest link. We can help your company lift the gameplan for a stronger internal cybersecurity culture, and external product adoption with a Cyber Safety Awareness Framework.

Face-off with Fraud taps into the increasingly blurred lines between cybercrime and financial crime. Deepen your employee awareness in this evolving cyber-risk environment with a workshop by trainers experienced in cyber, fraud and financial crime compliance. Available as a standalone workshop or lighter Lunch-and-Learn sessions.

Disconnect to Reconnect

Bridge the virtual and natural worlds

Our extended presence in the virtual world sometimes make us disconnect from our natural surroundings. Maintaining a balance of our virtual and natural worlds with regular respite from hyper online activity is key for healthy cyber wellness.

Stride. Spark. Share. is a guided outdoor session to disconnect from the device and connect with yourself, with others and in the process, spark inspiration. This is not a coaching session. Through a structured agenda, you will pause, reflect and find inspiration by regaining an awareness of your personal presence that could pivot to your virtual presence.

Join us to reconnect with yourself, with nature and with other like-minded humans.
